Tiny home communities form the

Tiny Town
Network

We hope you have caught some of the vision and will consider supporting this tiny home community project.

We are planning to acquire 100-acre properties for each town location, property that currently may have one residence on it and may potentially be farmed. Our community model will eventually expand to as many as 700+ homes per town, supporting over 1,500 people while generating more fruit and produce than the original 100-acres. The towns are designed to develop community among its residents of singles, couples, single-parent young families, veterans, and empty-nest seniors.

This business model is based on the idea of community, not one isolated community, but a nationwide networked community that can provide the structure for this new form of housing, one that can grow with demand, is environmentally responsible, and will expand affordable housing options everywhere for generations to come.

Our friends at 3DPHC put together the following video to capture some of our tiny home community concepts. For the purposes of the video, the site shows a 14-homes/acre design. Our showcase model community plan has 32-tiny homes on a 4-acre parcel with a community center, shared by all. We hope you enjoy the visit.
