Latest Manifesto, TinyLivingResource is Live!

We have been working with suppliers and builders to design tiny homes that meet building codes and zoning bylaws. We are happy to announce that we can meet both using our single floor Logan32 tiny home design and our new hybrid trailer design. The home is under 280sq ft, includes 1-bedroom and all amenities found in traditional homes. The trailer has a removable wheeled chassis that eliminates the need for the tiny home to be permanently attached to a piece of real estate to meet zoning bylaws, thereby ensuring it can remain an affordable home to own.

We have also launched the TinyLivingResource. Currently, location selections are limited through the Association website here… but we will work to expand information on where you can live tiny as more cities, towns, hamlets, and municipalities make the move to supporting tiny homes.

Tiny Town Manifesto

We have been working on the Tiny Town Manifesto, a compilation/summary of the way we see that tiny homes on wheels (THOWs) can integrate into society. As a not-for-profit Association, our goal is to enable THOWs as a housing option for anyone that is looking for an affordable, minimalistic form of housing. Whether you are a single, couple, new potential homeowner or retiring empty-nester, tiny homes could be the answer you are looking for in an easy to maintain, affordable to operate, community-oriented lifestyle home.

Each version of the Manifesto we publish builds on the last to develop the concept and provide a path that individuals, companies, cities, municipalities, and countries can incorporate to integrate tiny homes into society. We aren’t looking to change the way people live, we simply want THOWs to be an option for anyone.
