The process of building a tiny home community is complex. We need to interest town, city, and municipal staff, then convince mayors and council to support the project. At every step in the process there is the potential for delays, or even a vote to not support the project at all. This has happened in projects to date.
We have chosen to limit the news we announce on the projects we are working on, until we have signed partnership agreement on a development.
People desperate to find attainable housing, have become heartbroken when a project is put on hold, so we are now limiting announcements on projects in the works.
