The Macro101 is under 150 sq ft, yet includes a shower, water closet (composting toilet), kitchenette, table, chair and futon/bed. This home would provide rapid housing to address homelessness, as an apartment-type ADU (auxiliary dwelling unit) on an R1 (residential) property, and as a very compact home.
