The government alone may not be able to fix the housing crisis and we don’t believe the traditional housing industry can either. The old way of building and ownership will not address housing availability or affordability. New methods and concepts are needed to address these new problems, and we believe our communities can be a part of the solution. Get involved and let’s work together to make this happen.

If have access to a drone, phone or camera, live in the Kingston, Napanee, Odessa area, and answered YES to any of the questions above, we want to talk to you!

We are planning to begin development of an Eco-village community on the edge of Odessa, ON this year (2026). We want to document its development through drone, photo, and video footage. If you have the equipment and a talent for producing quality images, footage, and/or video, we want to talk to you. We are looking for several volunteers that can record our progress, that will be uploaded to our website and social accounts. This project will span several years, so we don’t expect it will be completed by a single volunteer. In addition to signing off on volunteer hours, we will give credit to the volunteers, and link to their preferred accounts, which could lead to future paid work in the field.
