Demonstration Project Explained
I have been meeting and talking to a number of cities about partnering with us to build our Pocket Community Demonstration Project. I have put together a video that covers the important information from these talks, answers a number of common questions and explains some of our reasoning behind the Pocket Community/Tiny Town model.
We have a couple of cities, with groups that are enthusiastic about being the 1st site, but until a solid commitment is made, the demonstration site’s location is still available. Share this post and video with anyone you feel can help get the site built in your city. Remember, there will only be 1-first site, and that city will be recognized as the one where this all began.

Hello Ed, in your video presentation you mentioned a 100 acre Tiny HouseCommunity. Who has this vast acreage available for tiny homes?
I love to be involved, I own20+ acres in beautiful Bowen Island, just 20 minutes away by scenic ferry to West Vancouver where there are NO affordable housing at this time.
Can I use my 20. acres and contact you for information on creating an affordable Tiny Home Village for homeless people now? Lookingforwardtohearingfrom you.your suggestions will be most appreciated.Thank you.

This is a fantastic presentation and I hope there will be many investors to support it. Looking forward to know more, and hope the Ottawa and Gatineau areas are interested in this too – I would certainly like to play a part in this community

Absolute BEST! Thank you so much for putting this together.
Ed, I am looking to spearhead this movement in Milton, Ontario. I have began chats with the Township.

Hi Jane. While we are looking to develop 100-acre sites, we appreciate that that large a property may not be available or affordable as a single site. We are open to discussing other possibilities with individuals and groups to develop Pocket Communities (mid-sized projects). You can reach me at
